The Board of Trustees of the Utopia Retirement System (URS) is seeking proposals from qualified law firms to provide general legal services for its retirement system. URS operates as a qualified governmental retirement plan under IRC Section 401(a).
Enclosed is our Request for Proposal (“RFP”). To assist you in evaluating this opportunity and preparing a response, we have also enclosed:
